Pendants & Charms. The Heirloom tradition represents the passing down of these sentimental pieces through family generations. These engravings are handcrafted and will always be unique, because we customize each individual order, to your specifications.
Q: I'm not sure of sizing myself, and the custom ordering process; Is there a guide to help me understand each ordering step?
A: Yes, we have created for you our Ordering Tutorials,an easy-to-understand walkthrough so you're comfortable with each step of the Custom Jewelry process. When completing any order, a link for each tutorial page is conveniently located "in-step" to assist you through each customizing process. Q: I want to make this gift extra special. Can I engrave an inscription message on the inside (or back) of my Hawaiian Jewelry?
A: We provide your personal inscription message FREE OF CHARGE! That's right, there are no extra charges to say whatever you want, inscribed on the inside of Bracelets(30 letters/spaces) and Rings,(20) and on the back of pendants.(10) This usually marks the occasion, year and a short-n-sweet message. These numbers are approximates, we try our best to accomodate your needs.
Q: Can my name be translated and engraved in Hawaiian?
A: Yes! We have conveniently posted a link to a hawaiian name translator throughout the entire site. Incase you happen to miss it, CLICK HERE!
Q: Do you offer any jewelry pieces that do not require custom name engraving and designing?
A: Yes we do! Our Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelry can be done without name engraving, it is entirely up to you. Simply state "no name engraving" while filling out your order information. Results are just as beautiful. In addition, our Plumeria Flower Collection, and our Diamond-Cut Rope Chain Collection provides you with a wide array of beautiful gift ideas to choose from.
Q: Do you offer "Comfort Fit" Custom Engraved Rings? Can you also tell me what "Comfort Fit" means?
A: Yes we do engrave "Comfort Fit" rings! A Comfort Fit ring means that both the inside and outside of your ring is "barreled" or rounded. On a typical custom barrel ring, the outside is barreled, and the rings inside surface is flat. Comfort Fitting the inside surface simply reduces the inside edges of a ring, creating a very comfortable feel. "Comfot Fitting" a ring does require "heavy weight" gold to satisfy the inside barreling process. Simple instructions are easy to follow with more information when filling out your order.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: Custom Jewelry orders take between 8-10 business days for your engraving process. Time should be considered for shipping and handling also however, for a rush order to make an occasion, contact us and we will do our best to accomodate the situation.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club International. We also accept Paypal Payments and are VERIFIED! In addition to these methods, we also accept Money Orders, and Personal Checks. (please be advised that we will not process any orders until credit card transactions, and checks, are cleared with bank verification)
Q: How does a Hawaiian Jewelry Connection Gift Card purchase work?
A: When a Gift Card Option is purchased, we simply e-mail you a unique code that you will present to your recipient, for that amount! He/She will then enter this unique code under "special discount code" when completing the order form. Upon request, we can send a custom Gift Card to your recipient, as a gift delivery. With this option, you've provided a shopping spree toward any product(s) we offer! There is no purchase time-limit, and this code can be used toward any purchase amount.
Q: Can I re-size my Hawaiian Ring or Bracelet?
A: Yes this can be done, however, there will be additional sizing labor costs, depending on each individual situation. We strongly recommend care in sizing yourself and understanding our Ordering Tutorials to avoid any unneccessary costs.
Q: What are your return policies?
A: Our products are custom-made to your specifications, therefore All Sales are Final.
